Ai. is the alter ego of Ceylan İpek El, owner of Kindergarten Records and SOI SAUCE Records, and partner of MiniMüzikhol, one of Istanbul’s longest-standing institutions in independent electronic music.

⁂  Born from an ongoing exchange between El’s creative direction and non-organic intelligence, Ai. is not designed to imitate an existing performer. She is an evolving musical identity shaped by human taste, memory and instinct, expanded through machine intelligence.

Her first chapter was released through Kindergarten Records and includes Still, The Room, Quiet Costs Everything, Make Me Believe and Yours. Her next era unfolds through SOI SAUCE, moving into a darker, sharper and more playfully confrontational world with BAD MANNERS, VOODOO and EVIL EYE.

Ai.’s sound brings together electronic music, darkly playful rap-pop, dusty soul references, smoky vocals and razor-edged rhythm. Her work moves through desire, superstition, defiance and the many selves we become after dark.
